HOW TO BUY

Step 1: Choose the product(s) you want to buy. If you are on the category page, click on the Details button for viewing the detailed description or, you can directly add the product to the cart by clicking on the Add To Cart button.

 

Step 2: If you are on the details page, read the details of the product. Select your desired size (if applicable) and input quantity and then press Add To Cart button.

 

Step 3: Once you click Add to Cart, a pop-up window with a drop-down list of locations for selecting your preferred shipping location will appear.

1. a)     Select your preferred shipping location from the list and press the CONTINUE
2. b)     If you are already logged into your account, the location selector drop-down will

    

Step-4: Once you click on the Continue button in the mini cart, you will land on a 3-step checkout page.

 

1. a)     You can go back to the cart by clicking on the Shop Morebutton on the mini-cart if you change your mind to add more items to the cart.
2. b)     Enter your Phone Number and click/tap on Proceed 

    

3. c)     If you are an already registered customer,
4. i) The system will ask for inputting your password. Enter your Passwordand login into your account.
5. ii) If you have forgotten your password, you can recover by clicking Forgot Password

    

6. d)     If you are not a registered customer,
7. i) The system will send an OTPSMS to your Phone.
8. ii) Input the OTP and click on Submit OTPbutton

iii) Then, the system will ask you to choose and set a password.

1. iv) Input your preferred password, and click on Proceed
2. v) You can click on the SKIP button if you don’t want to set a password.

    

3. e)     After Login/Completing OTP submission, the checkout will move you to the Shipping Address

    

Step 5: Please Select a Shipping Address from your available Shipping Address list. You can also edit an existing address or Add a New Address.

 

Step 6: Select the Shipping Method. Shipping Charge breakdowns are shown as per possible shipments. Click on the Continue button, the checkout will move you to the Payment Method step.

 

Step 7: Select your preferred Payment Method from the available payment methods: COD/Visa/Master/Amex or bKash.

Step 8: Click on the Confirm Order button, you will get a thank you message.

 

1. a)     If you have chosen online payment, you will be redirected to the payment gatewaywhere you need to input your card info for completing the payment.
2. b)    You will get an SMS & Email (if you have input a valid Email account) confirming your order was placed successfully.
3. c)     Our customer support team will contact you for processing the order.

Note:

1. a) You can buy products in Equal Monthly Installment, EMI. EMI Offer is available on products priced above or equal to Tk. 5,000.
2. b) Select EMI and click the Add To CartButton, but remember that EMI and NON-EMI products cannot be bought together. If you want to buy both EMI & Non-EMI products, you have to place separate orders.
3. c) If you want to place orders for Pre-Orderproducts, you can only buy pre-ordered products. You cannot buy regular products with Pre-order products. If you want to buy both pre-order & regular products, you have to place separate orders.
